Not what the buyer is looking for...

The All-Weather is basically useless if you want an ongoing pen capable of writing like a Fisher.
It is basically an expensive disposable. I bought it thinking it refilled with Fisher refills. It does not. I wanted a Pokka which would to replace a Fisher with finish issues.
Customer service did not tell me about its faults until after it arrived.
